This is the basic draft for a thumbnail image that I have drawn for Ethan Starr. I am currently photoshopping the picture and will post the finished product when it is complete. I drew this in pencil originally, then scanned it into photoshop and touched it up.

I like the clean lines but it doesn't carry Ethan's androgynous appeal from the avatar in the game. It needs a little bling maybe a nice expensive jacket.

I agree on the bling. Actually, he is wearing his Versace coat in the full size image, but it does not really show in the thumbnail. In actuallity, Ethan is not androgynous at all. Ethan's player picked a terrible picture for him.

Yeah, I did. I really did. At this point, I think the picture is funny, so I keep it. Though every time a new Portrait Update comes down the pipe, I scour the categories in search of a more reasonable replacement.
Muse's work here is Fabulous with a capital F. I've seen the whole work and its very cool.

Here is the actual work in progress. No comment on Ethan's, ah, predicament. Could come up in-game.

Whoa! Watch that hand, mister...
Fantastic. I dig the look of the long coat, the pants crease and the heel of the shoe. Very Madison Avenue Ethan. Its a very odd angle for the face, a profile from behind, rather than from the front.
When it comes to other people drawing Ethan, there are really just a few things I put in, and then allow for some creative license from there:
Think Aryan. Park Avenue. Ivy League. And, just a tad, a babyface. But only a little bit, around the soft cheekbones.

Ha
Hey Ethan now that's a predicament.
I like it don't know if you want crit but hey I can't help myself. whatch under the chin you can loose it there. The jaw wouldn't curve up so far because of the way the skin forms around the adama apple take a look in the mirror to see what does happen it tends to come down or remain even instead of curving up.
The line forming the bottom of the boot would have less of an agle and the top of the front of the boot would come down to compensate.
Keep drawing I want to see more.

Thanks for the CC. I do appreciate it.
The shoe isn't finished yet, but you are quite right about your observations. Feet are usually the last thing I draw because I like to get the body pose perfect first. Hence why the mystery man has no feet currently.
