I am a Swedish guy named Henrik, located in Stockholm. I am a radical humanist, loathing left and right extremes on the political scale equally. People see me either as very kind and gentle or very ironic and cynical. Maybe I’m schizophrenic.
Right now, I’m 24 years old and have been roleplaying since I was about 13, with a large break until I was 18, continuing ever since.
On Rpol.net I have been playing for about four months in a Vampire Dark Ages game (run by Thee Feral), several Masquerade and also few SLA Industries games.
In All That Glitters… I have been playing the lunatic Trevor Adams (whose only parallel to me could be the Slavic heritage) actively for about two and a half weeks, excluding the interesting character creation process. (Blinks at Muse)
When I’m not nerding along with the rest of you guys, I study Biology, or more specifically Environmental Management. A wonderful science where Economy and Ecology meet and make sweet, sweet love. In the end, I’m planning on becoming an Environmental Consultant for companies, agencies and other, or an Environmental Terrorist for Greenpeace, depending on which pays better.
Except roleplaying I narrate a Vampire DA- game IRL, which I have written by myself based on the “Transsylvania by Night”- setting, something that might pop up on the Rpol.net in a couple of months.
I also play drums in a progressive metal band with female vocals and with a wide range of influences (not Evanescence…). You can hear excerpts from our great songs at www.prometheanfire.com, where, if interested, you can see pictures of me.
My other interests are drinking beer at the local pubs, laughing at Simpsons, Futurama and South Park.
I also enjoy painting Warhammer miniatures of Orcs and Goblins, which will later crush my fiancée’s petty Empire Army.
I listen primarily to Norwegian Black Metal (and pretty much all other kinds of metal minus Alice Cooper- like crap), but an occasional Mike Oldfield, Classical music, Punk and film music passes through my stereo.
I live with my fiancée Rebecka and two pet rats (called Dot and Ghost) on the 9th floor of a “culture-labelled” building, which means nobody may change anything on the exterior of the structure, ever. That also means that the dirty-cream-piggy-coloured outside walls will always be as ugly as they ever were back when they were build in the 1960’s, haha… Do I get my Exp now?
